Born in Guelph, Ontario, I started my golf career at the age of 11 when I played at Victoria Park West Golf Club in Guelph. As a junior golfer, I was one of the area’s top ranked juniors. I also played junior golf at Victoria Park East G. C., Guelph Lakes G.C., and Puslinch Lake G.C.

After high school at John F. Ross CVI, I went on to Georgian College in Orillia, where I graduated with a 3 year diploma in Professional Golf Management. In 2003, I obtained my CPGA status and began life as a professional, working at  Blue Springs Golf Club in Acton, a Clublink course.

In 2005, I moved to Niagara Falls. I was hired in 2006 as an assistant professional at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club. I was awarded the Head Professional duties in 2007, and am currently the Head Professional at NOTLGC.

In 2006 I helped coach the NDSS Trojan Golf Team. In 2006, the team lost in a playoff at the United States High School championships in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Following that loss, I coached the same team to back to back Ontario High School Championships (OFSAA). I am happy to say that this is a feat that had never been done before, and is a great source of pride for myself, and members of the Niagara community.
